Inspired by bands Mumford and Sons, The Head and the Heart, and the Lumineers, M&tM are cutting out their own space in the current Americana/Folk scene. Their music is riff-driven acoustic guitar parts backed while also including less common instruments such as ukulele, melodica, harmonica, and banjo. Lyrically they pull inspiration from elements of folklore and larger-than-life themes.
